Our History

Owner Tom Reagor took over Air Reliant Services in 2009 and immediately set about building a company devoted to high standards of performance and outstanding customer service. Emphasizing integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Tom and his employees have established Air Reliant as a premiere, award-winning heating and air service provider. In 2010, Air Reliant was voted Best Air Conditioning Company in Acworth. Today, Air Reliant continues to live up to its reputation for providing fast, reliable, and honest customer-oriented service in both the residential and commercial heating and air system fields.
Our Technicians

At Air Reliant, Our Technicians are among the most highly trained and qualified in the country. Prior to being commissioned to work in the field, each Air Reliant technician undergoes:

• A Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• A Personality Profile.

We also research our technicians to make sure they have a history of exceeding, rather than simply meeting, industry standards. Our goal is to ensure that only the most trustworthy and skilled technicians enter your home or place of business to service your equipment. Unlike most heating and air companies, our technicians WILL NOT TRY TO SELL YOU NEW EQUIPMENT!  Rather, we simply educate our customers, informing them of all the options. Then, we repair or replace based on what YOU DECIDE!
