They found out what was wrong with our AC after another company tried to rip us off and convince us we needed to replace a 5 year old unit. “The company you sent when the other one couldn’t come until tomorrow or later is A-One. Our service request was given to Air Reliant Service. They are the best. I was called promptly to ask about the problem and was told someone would be here today between noon and 2pm if not earlier. The techs, Tony and Tom arrived within the time frame and provided excellent service. After the repair was complete they took the time to make sure the AC was working. When it didn’t perform like they thought it should they took action to ensure that it worked like they wanted it to. The first motor they put in was defective and Tom went to get a new one. Tony returned and put it on with a new capacitor. It works great. We want Air Reliant Service as our provider from now on and think they should be the one at the top of your list for Heating/AC requests.” Nancy

“I have a contract with AHS and they sent out a different company who came out 4 times and never fixed the problem. We asked for a second opinion and your company was sent. I met and talked with Charlie, the technician, and he did a great job. In one visit he was able to accurately diagnose the problem and get the issue repaired in just a few days, under the warranty. Charlie took the time to monitor the system, take amp and voltage readings as well as the pressure monitoring readings and figure out the problem. We will be requesting you for all our AHS warranty work as well as non-warranty maintenance. We were very impressed with your company and pleased with the results.” Ben

“We were overdue for service on our AC. From my initial contact with Josh, to the appointment setting process, to the completed work done by their technician…I was very impressed with this company. Josh took the time to answer all my questions and help me understand the reasons why the humidity was too high. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When I set the appointment, I received two calls back to confirm the appointment. The technician was on time and even though he was extremely busy during their peak season he had a great attitude about his work. It was obvious he was a pro and showed me what he was doing and why. “Mike came out and discovered we had a refrigerant leak and recommended that we needed a new evaporator coil. He suggested we may want to update our system. He explained the tax credits that we would qualify for. We were not able to do this so we replaced just the air handler. Charlie and Dustin arrived and worked extremely hard, steady and untiringly to wrestle the old unit out and the new one in. The day was very long and frustrating. Charlie tried to make three unrelated components work together and confessed that Tony would have to come back the next day.. When Tony arrived he also got rather frustrated trying to make everything work together. After talking to three different manufacturers, he resolved the problem. All three gentlemen are a tribute to your organization and you should be proud to call them employees. Please relay my gratitude for their hard work and professionalism.” John
